Color Run/Walk 2024

Updated: Aug 13

It was a wrap!

We are excited to present the highlights of our "Color Run/Walk: Core y Colorea Para Na Buen Corazon" activity. This event aims to foster a healthy lifestyle, particularly among individuals with hypertension and the wider community. Remember, engaging in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week, such as brisk walking for 30 minutes a day, can help prevent health issues like heart attacks and strokes.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our sponsors and dedicated team who played a crucial role in bringing this event to life. Special appreciation to Kap Leo Resurreccion, barangay midwife Ma'am Merylie Perez, barangay health workers, Sangguniang Kabataan, Triskelion De Bunguiao, Zeta Phi Omega, Bunguiao Elementary School, Sir Rey Castro, Ma’am Bona Natividad, barangay tanods, volunteers, and participants. Your unwavering support deserves a resounding applause for contributing to the transformation of Bunguiao into a healthier community.

Let's unite in our efforts to control hypertension and promote healthy heart together.
