“Elevating Flavor, Lowering Pressure”
Last April 28, 2024, Ateneo de Zamboanga University - School of Medicine Level IV students have organized a cooking competition highlighting the importance of DASH diet for people with hypertension. Four (4) participants have eagerly faced the challenge of becoming the next Masterchef Bunguiao and cooked their hearts out using the DASH cookbook that aim to promote heart-healthy recipes.
We would like to thank the participants and residents of Bunguiao for actively participating in our “Cocina Para na Buen Salud y Mafuerza Corazon” cooking show. A huge thanks to our panel of judges, Hon. Leo Resurreccion, Ms. Merylie Perez and Ms. Marilyn Pagdanganan for selecting our winners. The success of this activity wouldn’t be possible without your active participation and enthusiasm.
